Shree Krishna Mart Pvt. Ltd maintains an integrated logistics fulfillment model. We operate a dedicated, in-house motorized delivery fleet serving Dharan Municipality and surrounding Sunsari districts, combined with premier express courier partnerships to provide nationwide home delivery across all 7 Provinces of Nepal.

Our logistics objective is to ensure every grocery parcel, cold beverage shipment, and household delivery arrives safely, fresh, and promptly at your home or office address.

3. Order Processing Cut-Off Times & Schedule

To ensure prompt fulfillment, orders submitted on shrikrishnamart.com adhere to the following daily dispatch schedules:

  • Orders Placed Before 3:00 PM (NPT): Processed, packed at our Dharan warehouse, and dispatched on the same business day.
  • Orders Placed After 3:00 PM (NPT): Scheduled for priority packing and dispatch on the next business morning.
  • Weekend & Holiday Fulfillment: Local Dharan express deliveries operate 7 days a week, including Saturdays and public holidays.

4. Order Dispatch Notifications & Rider Contact Protocol

Once your order is packed and handed over to our dispatch team, you will automatically receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your order dispatch summary and direct rider contact details.

For all local Dharan and Sunsari deliveries, our driver will call your registered mobile phone number 15 to 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm that an authorized recipient is present at the delivery location.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Regulations

Cash on Delivery is supported across Dharan, Sunsari, Kathmandu Valley, and major municipal centers in Nepal. Upon arrival of the delivery agent, customers must have exact cash in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) ready, or scan the rider's Fonepay/eSewa QR code using mobile banking apps. If a customer is uncontactable after 2 delivery attempts, the package will return to our Dharan hub.

6. Thermal Cold-Chain Packaging for Perishables & Beverages

To preserve optimal freshness, cold beverages, dairy items (like Amul butter and cheese), ice creams, and fresh chocolates are transported in insulated thermal chill bags containing sealed ice gel packs during local delivery transit.

7. Weather & Transit Delay Disclaimers

While we strive to meet all estimated transit times, Shree Krishna Mart Pvt. Ltd shall not be held liable for temporary shipping delays resulting from severe monsoon weather, highway landslides, road blockages, or unannounced national strikes in Nepal beyond our reasonable control. In such events, our support desk will proactively inform affected customers.
