1. Introduction & Binding Legal Agreement

Welcome to Shree Krishna Mart Pvt. Ltd (Estd. 2021, registered under the Companies Act of Nepal, with head retail office located at Bagarkot, Dharan-15, Sunsari, Koshi Province, Nepal). By visiting our physical supermarket or accessing our online shopping portal at shrikrishnamart.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and Shree Krishna Mart Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our online portal and services.

2. User Account Registration & Security Responsibilities

While guest checkout is available, registered users must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery information during account creation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Provide false identity details, fraudulent phone numbers, or invalid delivery addresses.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or compromise our web server infrastructure, databases, or payment gateways.
• Use automated web scrapers, bots, or data extraction scripts to harvest pricing or product catalog data without prior written permission.

3. Product Pricing, Tax Compliance & Currency

All prices displayed on Shree Krishna Mart are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We strive to maintain accurate pricing; however, in the rare event of a technical pricing error, Shree Krishna Mart reserves the right to correct the error or cancel affected orders prior to dispatch.

4. Order Acceptance, Availability & Right to Cancel

Receipt of an automated web order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Shree Krishna Mart reserves the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, unserviceable delivery locations, or payment verification failures.

5. Payment Gateways & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

We support Cash on Delivery (COD), eSewa, Fonepay QR, Khalti, direct bank transfers, and credit/debit card payments at our store. For COD orders, payment must be handed to the delivery agent immediately upon package receipt.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

The "Shree Krishna Mart" brand name, peacock feather logo, custom site styling, graphics, and text belong exclusively to Shree Krishna Mart Pvt. Ltd. All third-party product logos (Nestle, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Amul, Parle, Wai Wai, etc.) are trademarks of their respective brand manufacturers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shree Krishna Mart Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delayed courier transit times caused by severe weather, highway blockages, or natural events in Nepal beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Sunsari District Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district courts in Sunsari District, Nepal.
